DPA-400 Upgrade for DPCD 1.2

Software Upgrade

With the updated software and firmware the DP 1.1b compatible DPA-400 devices will be able to interpret the new DPCD register reads and writes. The upgrade is very straightforward. The user just updates the device firmware and uses the new GUI and the associated license code.

The upgrade can be done in the field. No need to send the devices to a service location.

Custom Cable

The custom cable bypasses the Main Links and only the AUX Channel and HPD signals are passed through DPA-400 1.2 device. This enables that the high frequency signal integrity is quaranteed.
