Automated DP PHY Testing with Agilent Equipment

The AUX Controller feature for Unigraf’s DisplayPort™ RefSinks and RefSources provides the full compatibility for automated PHY testing with Agilent Technologies source and sink test solutions featuring the Agilent DSO90000A series oscilloscopes and the J-BERT N4903B  using the U7232B and N5990A test automation software packages.

The automated DisplayPort™ PHY testing enabled with Agilent Technologies test equipment and Unigraf AUX Controllers will deliver the validation engineer consistent results over time and enable unattended test of DisplayPort devices thus doubling engineer productivity. The compact size of Unigraf test equipment additionally provides a real advance with its versatility and ease of use.
