Testing DP Sinks

DP RefSource CTS Tool for testing DisplayPort™ Sink Devices
DP RefSource CTS Tool consists of DP Reference Sink CTS software and either Unigraf VTG-5225 DP pattern generator or DPT-200 compact size Reference Source. The CTS test itself is performed in the similar way with the two Test Equipment (TE) hardware. The main difference is that when using the VTG-5225 DP pattern generator the tester can use the whole range of test patterns and timing controls when doing the tests. DPT-200 features a limited set of built-in timings and patterns. With both TE the standard timings are available and audio can be passed thru from an external audio device by using the optical S/PDIF interface
Reference Source Block Diagram
Unigraf DP Sink CTS Tool software implements tests described VESA DisplayPort Compliance Test Specification. The User interface allows the user to select the performed tests and see their progress and the test result. A html report of the test result can be generated.

DP RefSource CTS Tool

DP RefSource CTS Tool is a software for testing DP Sink Devices. It implements a compliance test according to VESA DisplayPort Link Layer CTS specification. It can be used with either VTG-5225 DP or DPT-200 test equipment hardware

VTG-5225 DP Pattern Generator

Full featured USB connected DisplayPort™ pattern generator and reference source. Qualified for DP conformance testing. Pattern generator features controlled by WinVTG graphical user interface.

DPT-200 Reference Source

Compact sized DisplayPort™ pattern generator and Reference Source. DPT-200 is fully compatible with Unigraf DP RefSource CTS tools. For debugging DP link related issues use DP Source Console and for automated testing use Production Test Command set.
