In order to ensure a straightforward and delay-free handling of any products sent to Unigraf we ask you to contact Unigraf Support for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When asking for the number please include the following information:

• Product name
• Product Serial Number
• Time of Purchase
• Detailed fault description
