UNIGRAF Sales Technical Support/Application Engineer Position

We are now looking for a Sales Technical Support / Application Engineer to work in our team in Espoo. We offer an interesting position to work with the cutting-edge video equipment. Since we have a small team also in Saint Petersburg and our customers are big global companies we appreciate a person who likes to work in international environment and can fluently communicate in English and Chinese.

Sales Technical Support responsibilities:

  • Help Unigraf re-sellers and customers to use Unigraf products (SW updates, troubleshooting, training how to use the devices)
  • Joint customer visits with re-sellers to understand customer needs
  • Collect feedback about required bugfixes and new feature ideas and deliver them to R&D
  • Participate Unigraf new feature validation in release testing to get understanding of latest features

Application Engineer responsibilities:

  • Help customers to develop test automation applications with Unigraf products
  • Develop capabilities to show test application demos to customers

Skills and experience required:

  • Language skills: Chinese (native), English (fluent), Finnish not required
  • Customer service skills gained in working with international customers
  • Ability to learn video protocol testing for DisplayPort, HDMI and USB-C
  • More than 5 years working experience as a software developer
  • Knowledge C++ / C++11
  • Knowledge in software development for multiple platforms (Window, Linux, MacOS)
  • Embedded systems experience is an advantage
  • Experience in user interface design and test automation are advantage
  • Experience in Python or other scripting language is considered as an advantage
