Effective March 1, 2023, Unigraf provides Taiwan’s direct sales and technical support. Unigraf’s previous reseller agreements with GCOM Technologies, SYMH Technologies, and Spencetek have been terminated. Ellisys HK Ltd. will serve as the official distributor to enable direct sales in Taiwan.
With this change, we are pleased to offer our Taiwan customers faster, localized sales, logistics, and technical support. We are confident that this will improve the quality of our service to our customers. Unigraf has hired Oliver Wu as a senior sales engineer to facilitate this transition.
For clients with Ellisys HK Ltd. registered as an authorized supplier, Unigraf can immediately dispatch all device shipments from Ellisys HK Ltd.
Clients who cannot receive shipments from Hong Kong must register with Ellisys HK Ltd. in their ERP system to accept future deliveries. Oliver Wu will contact you directly to discuss these matters.
