Unigraf’s Customer Register
Basis for Maintaining the Register
Processing of personal data based on customer relationships or other relevant connections.
Purpose of Register
The personal data of the data subject is processed in connection with customer communication purposes relating to Unigraf products and services, other customer relationship management and development, analyzing purposes, creating statistics as well as producing, offering and developing services. Customer data contained in the register may be used for direct advertising, telemarketing or other direct marketing purposes, questionnaires or marketing researches or other similar address-based transmissions Personal data of the data subject may also be used for updating Unigraf’s business information register.
Data Contained in the Register
The following categories of data can be processed in the register:
- basic information of the data subject such as name, postal address, e-mail addresses and phone numbers, profession
- user’s or contact person’s name
- employer company’s name and business ID
- data associated with customer relationship, other relevant connection and contractual relationship, e.g. acquired products and services
- data on direct marketing consents and prohibitions
- event and user analysis data
- information related to invoicing and collection of due-past amounts
- interests and other information provided by the data subject
- recording of customer calls and other communication related to customer service situations
Register information may be used anonymously (without the respective person being identified) in order to target online marketing by cookies.

Personal data are collected when registering, using a service or directly from the data subject.
Disclosure of Data
Unigraf may disclose personal data contained in the register within the constraints of the existing legislation. Unigraf may disclose data to its partners for direct marketing purposes unless a data subject has not prohibited such use or disclosure of the data.
Due to the technical implementation of the processing of the data, some of the data may physically reside on the servers or equipment belonging to external contractors, and these data are processed via a technical connection. Personal data are not transferred outside the European Union or outside the European Economic Area unless this is technically necessary in order to implement the service. In such event Unigraf ensures the sufficient level of data protection in the manner provided for in the legislation.

Data are collected into databases, which are protected by firewalls, passwords and other technical means. The databases and their backups are located in locked and secured premises, and access to the data is limited to only certain pre-designated persons.
